The main song was written by Makunouchi Bento. Then, Selfmademusic and Bleep received a sample pack / remix kit, and were challenged to build their own Flika around those loops.

Also, Felix Petrescu wrote a short story, and 5 friends recorded themselves reading it in their native language (Finnish, Bulgarian, Italian, English and Swedish). A mix of their speeches was used in Makunouchi Bento's Flika.

It is just silence in our city - there is only static in the air. No car horns honks, no bees, no crazy dogs and old ladies. Not even that usual rolling tincan sound. Nothing. Just blue vertical lines of silence. And static. Oh... I said it again. I started my walkman in and I search in a bunch of tracks. Rewind - forward - pause. What is wrong with me?! I know blue silence when I see one. And this is one of those moments. I wonder if there is another soul who can listen the same silence I hear. I will go now to some big industrial hall to meet Makunouchi Bento boys. I just hope that the noise will be more human. That's all.

Tăcerea s-a instalat hoţeste la noi în oraş - doar paraziţi electrici hoinăresc prin aer. Lipsesc claxoanele îmbufnate din maşini, lipseşte zumzăitul albinelor, până şi câinii isterici cu bătrânele lor doamne s-au pitit în cuburi de umbră. Nu auzi nici măcar o conservă zdrăngănind între gunoaie. Nimic. Doar linii verticale şi melancolice de tăcere. Şi paraziţi electrici. Eh... am zis pentru a doua oară asta. Îmi pornesc walkman-ul şi caut ceva printre cântece. Înapoi - înainte - pauză. Ce îmi lipseşte?! În mod normal recunosc din prima liniile melancolice de tăcere când le zăresc. Şi ăsta e sigur unul din momentele acelea. Mă întreb dacă există vreun suflet care percepe tăcerea în felul în care o percep eu. O să mă duc acum către Sala Industrială să mă întâlnesc cu cei de la Makunouchi Bento. Sper doar ca zgomotul să fie mai suportabil după întâlnire. Şi tăcerea mai putin albastră. Doar atât.
